If I could give a zero, I would. I tried to book here 2 weeks before my stay. Didn't get confirmation it was booked on website, no email, called front desk and they told me to rebook. When I tried the rates on the room went up and I decided to go elsewhere. Well get a charge on my account the day I was supposed to check out (again, no email at all) for being a no show. Called immediately and FINALLY got a response a week later saying there isn't anything they can do. What a scam and SO frustrating.Take your money elsewhere.

If you're anything like me you're scrolling through the reviews and feeling a little lost. Do you give the Solita a shot and save some $$$ or splurge to stay in the same area and avoid hassles? I gave the Solita a shot and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are small, yet clean, the bed was comfortable, Starbucks coffee was provided each morning and the service was phenomenal- shout out to Keith! By all means, this isn't a five star hotel so if you're after luxury keep searching, but if you're after a place to stay in a great location with a good shower and bed The Solitasoho will do just fine!

Super great price, friendly staff, amazing location. It was only $115 for a queen sized room! We had recently tried to book a room at a different hotel and the lowest price they had was $438! Can you believe that? Anyways the room we stayed at was very clean, very cozy, and the man who attended us at the front desk was incredibly friendly. The only real complaint I had was that after 5 all the local restaurants seemed to be closed 😅. But when we woke up this morning we had breakfast at the landmark cafe and loved it! Super affordable and great food. Overall an amazing experience and we will be coming back! Much love to the staff <3

You can’t beat these prices for this location. It’s literally blocks away from the best brunch places, cafes, shopping in Soho and all the trains so it’s perfect for those who’re not planning to spend much time indoors. So if it’s a budget trip, you’ll have no regrets. **Rooms are small and upholstery is old but you’ll have all the basics **They offer 20% off at the Starbucks nearby and 20% at Butlers which provides room service for breakfast, lunch, dinner **You can have DoorDash delivered to you The lady at the front desk is not at all polite — she’ll stare right through and won’t even nod or say hi or welcome you anytime you return.

Not sure. I didn't book directly. I went through a 3rd party for my room. Check their website.
If you're lucky enough to find street parking, great. If not find the closet public, paid lot.
