Attempted to close my account here and they made a huge deal out of it. Ultimately wasted over an hour here and still failed to close my account. Everyone from the teller to the manager was useless. Successfully closed my account online in a matter of minutes.

They never seem to have more than two slow tellers, no matter how busy. Do not go here if you are in a rush.

I don't think so. I was there last week and got assisted by the bank teller immediately.
