Like many other reviews here, jacked up estimates and poor service. Untrustworthy. Place is a mess too. If you can’t trust the quality of values, people or environment can you trust your family’s life in a car they work on? The guy behind desk made us wait to finish personal calls and handle “other paperwork” without even acknowledging a customer in front of them. Once he looked at our long Midas history he said last service was too long ago (since pandemic/driving less) so the lifetime warranty wasn’t valid. Plus wanted to charge for phantom repairs. We took keys and left. Save yourself the hassle and choose another Midas.

Came in as previously from an add online for 49 dollar oil change. Figured it was all good but instead was given 25 dollars off and ultimately paid 110 dollars. Not happy at all and will go back to my previous provider

I would give zero star . Very bad customer service, pick and choose job to take in order, I made appointment for a simple alignment and they kept saying they are behind their work order, worst is they rather take a person behind me without appointment for a brake job instead my schedule alignment work!!!! I walked and will never go back to this location and Midas period. Whoever that person at the counter didn’t show any enthusiasm to provide service at all. I would not recommend this location of Midas at all.

Needed a quick tire check and rotation before going to long trip. Fast and quality service. Very nice customer service.
