I just loved Bruce and how he guided me and took his time so I can pick the right microwave for the size, depth, price, etc. he looked it up with me and explained the features and the sale price was great as well. He made the buying experience a pleasure and I would definitely call him again for my future appliance needs. David Garcia was also a pleasure to work with in terms of delivery. He and his crew were very efficient, got it installed in a jiffy and were professional and fun.

No one in my area could supply the specific refrigerator and freezer columns I needed. Thank goodness Airport Home Appliance came through! Paid a little extra for out of area delivery and it was well worth it. Great experience from beginning to end.

Our experience at Airport Appliance overall was a good one. We spent a good amount of time walking around and looking at the appliance we were interested in but never approached for help. We finally made our way to the central area where there were upwards of 8 employees sitting and they all looked at each other to see who would help us. It was awkward and uncomfortable. However, the service person that helped us was good and delivery was great.

We walked into the Concord store, were promptly greeted and shown a nice selection, and 3 days later our new refrigerator was delivered!
