They broke my glove compartment and refused to take responsibility. Philip Arnold district manager advised me that employee that was onsite or/and wrote the comment is no longer with company hence they will not proceed. I told him that I am not lying. I don't recommend using this shop as they are not very experience. I recommend you using them for only oil change at best. Dealership these days are looking for your business as their prices are comparable if not cheaper then jiffy or similar shops.
