Not helpful at all. Office hours are supposedly until 5. Except when you call at 4:30, no one answers the phone. Then when you call “after hours” support, apparently nothing can be done and I need to speak to someone in the office. This company literally monopolizes the whole complex I’m in and it’s not possible to get any other provider at all. The prices are ridiculous, product is horrible, and customer service is non-existent. I wish I could give zero stars.

I had Comcast 1G at my last home. I would pay double to get off SB Cable. I have never had such inconsistent internet, there are outages like bi-weekly and the upload speeds are atrocious, I have to upload frequently for work and I feel like I am on dial-up (I am on the fastest plan they offer). They offer fiber but not at my location, when will they? Who knows. How much do I have to pay to get ATT or Comcast to come destroy this monopolization.

At Shelter Creek, we had no choice that San Bruno Cable dominated that whole apartment complex. We all had to share... So no matter which building y’all lived in, y’all shared your GB with the whole building, which was well over 300 people per building. Our Internet was super super slow, our TV (FireStick) constantly buffer (never able to watch TV nor movie), and we still couldn’t use our phones on the WiFi... we had to go to the street to use our phone data for internet, to make a call, or to revive a call. When we moved & went with AT&T, which was 1,000 % improvement. Beware of dominating companies! Make sure to find other options...

They are not quite as advanced as other providers (must fax your application or submit in person) but the people there are great and efficient. A short 5-10 minute conversation was all that was needed to submit my info. They noticed I had my own modem and sent the info to their technician. They called back a few hours later the same day to confirm that my modem and plan would work fine, and luckily no technician even needed to visit my property. No up-selling plans or promos or anything Glad to see San Bruno treating the internet as a utility!

Won't I have any problem linking a TFC (The Filipino Channel) box to your system? Or, how much will it cost me to just have a TFC channel installed?
