They saved our wonderful husky girl last year. I saw some other comments about the customer service being not up to some people’s standards, and I want to be extra clear, I think those comments are total nonsense. Kinder 4 Rescue is providing fantastic life saving service to the community at a fraction of the cost (literally 1/4 of what we were quoted at another vet down the street). I don’t care if they don’t have a fancy lobby and an assistant at a desk with marble counter tops, or some fancy treats to give out. They are great people doing great things, and I can’t thank them enough. I really hope comments from haters don’t get to them too much, because they really deserve all the gratitude and appreciation in the world. And thanks to them, our fluff ball is still here with us joyful and energetic as ever.

I just called and the woman that answered the phone,(might have been the owner) was very unprofessional. I was given this number because supposedly they can help with low income surgeries. My dog needs surgery to remove stones in her bladder, anyways, this lady was talking to another person as she answered the phone and she seemed frustrated as she answered. I asked her if they perform this type of surgery and she said yes, to bring the dog over, i asked her the price and she said anywhere from $1700-$2K (something like that) I then said "Oh wow, you guys don't help with low income?" She mocked me, and said "Oh wow? No, Go call around to see if you can find a cheaper price then!" I said 'Why are you being so rude when I'm in need and I'm trying to get help......SHE HUNG UP ON ME!! JUST SOOO RUDE! I was willing to even pay half but she never even let me get another word in. Why are people like this? I then called back 45 min later asking for her manager. She said I wasn't going to use their services because I was hostile or aggressive. I said that's fine, I don't want to use your service but I would like to speak to your manager. People, I was never aggressive towards this woman. She hung up on me again. I left it at that. Obviously she didn't want to help me. I hope those that are donating realize what kind of establishment this is. I was given the number by a very nice Vet in L.A that said they can help with surgery. I wasn't looking for a handout, just for some help and or compassion. Instead all I got was rudeness and meaness at a time when I needed kindness. Thank you lady at Kinder 4 Rescue. YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR TITLE!

What can I say about a place that has accessible emergency services for our furry loved ones? They saved my dog's life. And that in itself is a measurable. Surgery is expensive but thanks to them I was able to have my dog survive

This place saved my dogs life! Don't believe the negative reviews! I called several ERs asking to take my dog in, all of them said they were booked or if they did the surgery it would cost up to 10k. As a student, I couldn't afford that! I was devastated, I didn't want to see my dog go so soon. I called here told them my dog's symptoms and they told me to bring my dog in immediately. That same day she had her surgery. This place also saved me half the cost! After her surgery they sent me a txt to let me know how my dog was doing post op and the Dr even called to check on her. I am truly greatful for this place! 🙏

Took 16 yro dog for dental work. small office was pretty busy. Not overly friendly like at high end pet clinics but they laid out procudure plan and costs clearly. Got bloodwork done same day and set appointment for dental procedure within the week. Paid $535 for dental cleaning scaling polishing and 23 tooth extractions. Also included bloodwork, chest xray, IV, anethesia, antibiotic shot and meds n pain pills to take hime.They offer credit thru scratchpay had a decent affordable rate. Usually they charge per tooth extraction after the first 10 but they went ahead and just capped the cost which saved me tons of money cuz my dog needed 23 extractions. Couldn't tell me up front how many extractions it would be since they cant determine that until the day of surgery when the dog is under anesthesia. Sent me home with too many pain pills my dog didnt need but it was better to have and not need then to need and not have. Overall i recomend them for dental work.

They say they do when you walk in,, but then change their minds and say you have to pay with a different card. When I told them I didn't have another card they said fine and made me get an Uber 30 minutes away and back to another facility that was able to take my card. So unprofessional. So rude. This is a terrible place.

1st Saturdays of the month they have simple NON anaesthetic teeth cleanings for dogs/cats for $100
They have a monthly cleaning service for $99.00 no blood work required. I don't know about surgery tho. Very rescue friendly.
They included blood work on my cat's last dental. I'm sure they can do a la carte.

I used my care credit but had to drive out to a affiliated vet clinic in woodland hills to process the transaction personally..in retrospect using scratch pay would have only cost me $28 more

Check their website for an overview of procedures and prices. I could not give enough compliments to the vets at this location. Two years ago, they saved my dog's life.......and they did it on the eve of Thanksgiving. My family and I were at this hospital unil 2 am. We were the last customers. We were walk ins referred to them by a VCA Hospital because their prices were way more affordable and they do great work. This particular hospital is run by people who love pets and love what they do......its not just a job for them. If you want somebody who will take care of your furbaby like you would, this is the place!!!

The are a rescue they don't sell pets. They adopt them out to loving homes.
