I heard many bad stories about your services. Are they all true? Stories of how you hurt the animal, overcharge the people, and just really bad service and medical work.
I dropped off my dog for dental cleaning and 7 hours later they have not called me to pick him up. Do they call at closing time to go and pick up your pet? I feel he might be starving since he hasn't eaten anything all day.
