I dropped off my dog for dental cleaning and 7 hours later they have not called me to pick him up. Do they call at closing time to go and pick up your pet? I feel he might be starving since he hasn't eaten anything all day.

They're very unprofessional there

Very unprofessional. Very rude staff. I was given a price quote. Upon completion for my dogs teeth cleaning and tumor removal I was informed that my bill was an additional $400 then originally quoted. I asked for the breakdown of the pricing and realized they were charging me significantly more for things like dental cleaning anesthesia and such... I informed the lady on the phone that I was only going to pay what the staff originally quoted me. The lady was so rude that she told me to shut my mouth on the phone and stop talking! She also informed me that if I wanted the price is stated on my paperwork that she was going to deduct it from her employee salary! She said her employee shouldn't have given me that price and she was now going to take that money from her employee if that's what I wanted! How rude and unprofessional! However you treat your employees behind closed doors is your business! However I have to say it sounds like you treat them pretty s*****! Run away from this place
