No one answers, just getting hung up on and I cannot use online services for what I need. I called the main office and they can't do anything about our local Topeka office not responding to anyone. This is so messed up. Another failure of our government and all I need is replacement SS cards for my kids. If it were for myself I could do it online. It's sad that this is happening to our SS office and no one seems to care. Gonna have to go the snail mail way when my son needs his replacement SS card and driver's license like last week. What exactly is our tax money going for again?!

Have you checked to see if it has a website and if so read what it says dont just skim it I have received the same thing several months ago and it was a scam of they gave you numbers to write down case number and what have and they said the local law enforcement had these numbers contact them and see
