We’ve been here for almost a year and I love it. Quiet and responsible neighbors. Pretty property. Nice units. They keep on top of pest control and filter changes well. Safe neighborhood. Maintenance is friendly and responds quickly. But what I appreciate the most has to be how nice the office staff is. One day I called with a small (but sort of urgent) problem and since maintenance was currently busy, one of the office guys came to help me. I thought I had gotten my keys stuck in the door but turns out I was wrong. So embarrassing but he was super nice and helpful. There’s a lady who works in the office who dropped what she was doing to talk with us about concerns. She was patient and thorough. I just feel like everyone goes above and beyond. If I had one complaint, it might be that the carpets and the kitchen and bathrooms are sort of outdated. But in my mind, those are minuscule problems because good management and a clean property are so worth renting here.

Maintenance is always fast and helpful and the office is always super nice! It makes me happy that the maintenance guys like our dogs and are so sweet to them any time they see them!

I have lived at Brookfield Village Apartments for a year come this July and it is truly a place to call home. My neighbors are so nice and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The apartments are well kept and very comfortable. I feel so at home here. The apartment manager, Jody, is so welcoming and friendly. I love going to the office just to see her smiling face and terrific conversations. They welcome pets which was a huge plus for me as I have a dog. They have just opened their new Dog Park with a wonderful party for the Grand Opening of the Dog Park. The maintenance crew is fabulous. If there is an issue, they come to fix it immediately. The apartments are located in a nice part of town right off of Wanamaker where down the street you will find all your shopping needs. I will be making this my home for a long time because it is affordable, comfortable, convenient to shopping and work, and most of all, friendly.

We have lived here for almost a year and really liked it. There are few amenities (ie, no pool, clubhouse, office, or gym), which keeps the rent cost down. The staff is very friendly, they give you plenty of notice for general maintenance that needs to be done to your apartment, and they all how everything is going and if there is anything they can do for you if you drop your rent off in person during office hours. The area is a very quite area and is close to several things you can easily walk to and the neighborhood area in any direction is great for walking, jogging, and biking. They also offer a local hero type discount for people who are teachers, officers, fire fighters, and the like.
