I have lived at Chalet since 2001 and it has been a great place to live. The location, other tenants, management, and maintenance personnel have been great. Recently, the air conditioner in my apartment broke down and they had a new unit installed within a day. I would definitely recommend Chalet to others.

Lived there for one year, and it was a bad experience. Car was broke into multiple times, which I get can happen anywhere. But when you pay $17 a month for insurance that's supposed to cover that, it's frustrating. They gave me the run around and ended up giving me the insurance companies number. I called four times in three weeks and never heard back. The apartment itself was not clean when we moved in. Random bobby pins and hair ties, rice, Ramen, and trash between the stove and fridge. The pipes in the kitchen were clogged the day we moved in. Took 5 months and three different "maintenance calls" to fix a broken screen door. There was many more issues, but I couldn't explain them all if I tried.

The Chalet Apartments has one of the rudest, cruelest, and most negligent leasing office and staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Our A/C started having issues over 2 weeks ago and it was seemingly repaired the next day; however, it once again broke down not long after that and we have now been without A/C for 10 days. Despite the cooler weather making it slightly more bearable to be inside the apartment, the fact that the leasing office has made zero attempts to ameliorate the situation, provide compensation, or even just update us on what's going on is horrendous. Every time we call to ask what's going on with repairing our A/C it takes nearly 5-6 calls before finally getting an answer out of them. They are always extremely rude, belligerent, and they treat us like we're dirt. The amount of attitude, rude comments, and rolling eyes I've received from them when I finally decided to go down there myself and ask what's going on is unacceptable. The bare minimum that I've asked of the office staff is to update us on what's going on and if there's further delays with fixing our A/C and not once have they ever bothered to call us with any information or updates. There's always some "emergencies" that take priority over fixing our A/C that have somehow been going on for days on end and no one cares enough to let us know what the ETA on fixing our broken A/C is. Any time that I've tried to bring up the fact they said it was going to be fixed days ago and that I've asked multiple times to know when they could possibly come out to fix it, the staff proceeds to give me a rude answer that just brushes off my complaints. They only ever have excuses, they haven't apologized to us once for the inconvenience, they haven't offered to compensate us for dealing with this lack of A/C, they haven't kept a line of communication. The sincere lack of care whatsoever from the staff is appalling. Every time I've spoken to the maintenance crew I've received more information and answers from them than I have from the apartment staff. The office staff would rather roll their eyes and act like we are an inconvenience for complaining that our A/C is still broken rather than just pick up the phone and update us on when it will possibly be fixed. I would never recommend living here unless you pray your things don't break down so you don't have to interact with the office staff.

Lived here for 36 months and my air conditioning only worked for 3 of those. Was a hassle to get them to fix especially when it reaches 101 degrees for 5 months or the year. The management and maintenance team were always friendly and very professional. The only issue is that things often broke like the kitchen sink and bathroom sink/tub (and air conditioning) and when the maintenance crew fixed them they would brake again a month or so later. Other than that the campus is safe and never had any issue with neighbors or property.

I am not for sure, but, it looks like they are about finished with laying tile so I would imagine the paint job is coming soon! I would give it a couple weeks. Maybe opening middle of June.
Not that ik of but I'm desperately trying to move out of here it's not the best place
No they are not. You must furnish yourself
I have seen 550-900 depending on what you want. Website is pretty informative but the lower end is not going to be all upgraded like the pictures
