It is going on 3 weeks now and my friend who has only lived here 5 for the 2nd time now still does not have hot water. Also there are racoons living in the vents. This place does not care about its tenants. Only gives two F’s about saving money and getting money.

This place is awful I've lived here for 2 months and I've been without hot water for 3 weeks things keep falling apart it's been 2 weeks since I called about them fixing a bedroom door and a hole in my bathroom ceiling that they put there, they are awful and I wish I would've never moved here if I could give advice too anyone wanting too move here DONT any place is better than here

Wish they had their pool heated during the winter like it used to be for the resident's, I think they would benefits lot from the added exercise convience.
