I know this is really late, but the hours are 10-8 everyday except Sunday which is 11-7. I just updated the hours and it should be accepted shortly.
It is open most days
They have woks, rice cookers, bamboo steamers, a hot pot/grill combo, and some other cooking implements, but no takoyaki pans unfortunately.
