I have lived here for the last 4 years. I have not had many maintenance issues due to preventative maintenance. If issues do arise the office staff seems to make sure they are dealt with any timely manner. All office staff seem to have a great attitude and seem that they want to help all tenants with any issues they may be having in the complex

I’ve lived at Misty Glen for three years. There have been glitches along the way but the management works hard to keep their residents content. The area is perfect for all ages. The laughter of children playing can be heard as it’s a safe environment for them. Thank you for making Misty Glen a place we can call home.

Recently lived here and loved it. I had a one bed room apartment that was very spacious and everything was updated to a newer style look. Very rarely did I have issues and maintenance was always on those within a day of the work order. It is very pet friendly, they have lots of yard for my dog to play and for walks. Also made me feel very welcomed as my dog is larger and it was nice to see so many other residents with large dogs as well.

Water, Sewer, Trash, and Pest Control are billed to you monthly through the property. Residents are responsible to set up electric service prior to move-in.
Appointments are not required to tour our community; however, calling ahead can help ensure that we are available to provide ample time for your tour and to answer any questions that you may have. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to closing to allow for ample time for your tour.
