I give my 5 stars to Susan, at the front desk. She is wonderful! I've been in the business for a long time. You see and meet all kinds of people. You can tell that Susan truly enjoys the residents and guests. I know, from talking with some of them, that they really love her too. She is just a patient and kind person. She is a wonderful asset to the company. I wish there were more people like her.

This community along with it's other community, Silverstone, have not made arrangements for their independent living residents to receive their covid vaccine while all the other senior independent living facilities in the Scottsdale area have their appointments scheduled for the covid vaccine or already completed.

Very well designed community with supportive staff and activities. The grounds are just beautiful and the homes vary according to need and taste. The Care Center is also well staffed. Truly considerate.

Each prospective resident completes an application for residency. The completed application will be reviewed by our Resident Evaluation Committee. Those applicants who do not meet the criteria for residency will not be accepted for residency with continuing care coverage.
We would be interested in independent living with options to move, as needed with our health issues.

A Life Plan Community, also known as a continuing care retirement community or “CCRC” offers residents a combination of housing, dining, and certain amenities and health care services in return for a monthly fee and an entrance fee. Residents do not purchase their apartments. The entrance fee and monthly fees you pay give you the right to occupy an apartment for life and cover the services you receive while residing at the community, including the care services offered at the community’s care center.
