They don't do the real I.D here, just the regular identification card. The real I.D is the 1 you get in the airport n government buildings with, you CAN'T get that 1 here!!!

I finally got through. They close at 4:15! How is the working public supposed to get their photo taken? This is unbelievable that I have to take vacation time for this. They only take the pictures until 4:15 even if they are open later. I spoke with them finally.

Only if the ID is in renewal or you have already have a camera card. If she has never had a camera card for a first time ID - she must go to a full service DMV like Bridgeville, downtown Pitt, Penn Hills (bring her ss card, birth cert)
