Immediately upon arriving at the store I was greeted by Lisa and I told her exactly what I was looking for. She immediately went to three different sofas and of those three I picked one! It was that easy. I did tell her I wanted to look through the clearance section and she encouraged me to do that though I didn't find anything that met my specifications. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is I am crossing my fingers that the sofa comes in when I was told it would come in. So many people are having a hard time getting their furniture due to supply issues but I was assured that my sofa would be in by the beginning of August. Keeping my fingers crossed! If it does I will come back into my review and give it five stars!

I stopped into Levin Furniture just to check out what they had. I was helped by Randy who was awesome. I walked out with the purchase of a new sectional for my new home and will continue shopping there for all my furniture! Their discounts and deals are amazing at this location. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Mark was so helpful, he listened to my needs and directed me to a few selections. I loved what he picked out for me and purchased my furniture within half an hour to 45 minutes. Delivery is set up for just when I need it. I highly recommend Levin furniture at Century III plaza for all of your furniture needs. Thank you Mark !

I’ve been a customer for awhile. I have a full bedroom set, a recliner, sectional couch, and soon to be dining room table all from Levin. The bedroom set is cheap and showed up with many areas where the wood aesthetic was chipping revealing the white painted particle board underneath. In the last year the brittleness of the wood aesthetic has gotten worse, and basically falls off in areas that are not subject to any impact. The chair is a motorized leather recliner that was $2200 for the single item. It has needed the entire mechanism underneath replaced due to metal scraping underneath when rocking (waited nearly 5 months from warranty request to replacement). A week after it was serviced, the reclining motor stopped working in the unreclined direction. So, I have another service on that item to get it looked at. I guess I will follow up here when that service happens. We’ve had the sectional for a year. It is by far the best item, and for now, does not have any issues. It does however make some loud noises when getting up and down, and the recliner is leaning a bit to one direction. My wife and I are both under 190lbs, so not sure why minimal stress is causing it to wear that way. I also doubt that the item I got was new as some section had worn out “leather” and cushion, which was obvious by how other obviously new section felt. We don’t even use the corner section, but it is just as worn (and the back sits lower than the rest of the couch) seats we sit in all the time. Now to the table. We ordered it last Memorial Day, and we’re told it would be delivered in October. Finally got the call for delivery in May of the following year. The table was delivered and the folks were putting it together, and a structural part under the table was missing. So, we have to now reschedule delivery. I have to return my old table and chairs back up from the basement, move living room furniture back, and install baby gates after this failed deliver, just to do it again next month… the deliver folks were very kind though, and it sucks Levin put them in that position. After all this, I think I have proper justification to give Levin a one star review. I cannot see myself buying another piece of furniture from them again. It has been nothing but problems that I’m just too busy to deal with. It is completely unacceptable quality and I can no longer support this company after spending nearly $10000 dollars there. Sad, because I want to support the local store, but I just can’t do it anymore. Buyer beware from Levin, unfortunately.

I believe they are depending what you get and when you want it. Best time is during the week for delivery
Do you mean what was in the location where Levins is now in Curry Hollow Center? If so, Value City was there.
Levin furniture are dishonest I purchased a queen mattress there last year and they gave me a firm mattress wich I defiantly didn't want and when I called it took 3 days for the sales lady to call back and then a half hour later some rude man that stated he was the manager called and refused to replace the mattress.after I told him I didn't appreciate the way he was talking to me in the phone he got worse it him I would be in and I wanted him to talk to me in person the way he was adressing me on the phone to my face. When I got to to store know one could find him. And levins still haven't replace the matress
