Horrible customer service. Be aware! Each time customer service was contacted, a different story was given, transferred to various departments, and ultimately, never wanted to accept responsibility. Do not trust dates for delivery, do not trust that items are ready to ship. Also, when purchasing the items, the store ticket price reflected a different/lower price than online and in the system. Pottery Barn would not honor the sticker price. For a company that charges so much for its items, horrible experiences. Will not buy from company again

**Would give NO STARS if possible***. Poor customer service, terrible or no response to reasonable questions, and no compliance process for fraud and deception. Spoke with Anita T (Sr. Customer Service Lead/FSA, Customer Care ) with Pottery Barn who stated Pottery Barn's subsidiary Sonoma Williams drives inaccuracy disclaimers when I called about cancelled orders. She stated Pottery Barn DOES NOT list any disclaimers on their website specific to inaccuracy (and assumably any other questionable corporate "law"). She would not provide contact information for: Sonoma Williams, her compliance team, her finance team, or anyone outside of herself. She stated that an average consumer would have to find out who owns Pottery Barn by looking up corporate ownership thru the secretary of state, find the holdings company that drivers Pottery Barn, and call all owned entities to follow up with a complaint. CONSUMERS BEWARE: If you do not wish to be deceived, manipulated, and condescended towards DO NOT USE SONOMA WILLIAMS, POTTERY BARN, and their subsidiaries.

I normally do not write a review but here it goes! About three weeks ago I was at the King Of Prussia store. They were very professional and helpful but because of the distance I decided to give the Lehigh Valley store an opportunity to order from. The sales person tried and failed several times to get my order correct on her computer. A manager who apparently was training her instead of shadowing her left her to be in her own so she could make beds and set up new displays . It was a very sad and disappointing visit to the store and has made me have a lack of confidence in this company which I have purchased many rooms over the years. I have been in business for over 45 years and have never treated a customer the way I was treated today! Sorry to say I’m finished.
