Walked in with a party of 4. A line was somewhat long. For 20 mins the lady talked on phone trying to book a party with everybody waiting to get seated. I went to look for a manager and was told the girl on the phone was a manager named Melissa. She finished her phone call and walk past the line without saying somebody will be with you guys. We noticed the floors was dirty and the tables too. Finally a Hostess came out to tend us and place us in our seats her name was Norris. Great job Norris!!! She saved the day! Miss Norris was very professional and kind aswell curious.

It's Red Lobster, you get just what you expect. This visit exceeded expectations!! Got the pick 2 combo with Coconut Shrimp and Shrimp Scampi, portions larger than I remember them being and the new Mac and cheese side is a great addition.

First time back in years. Was not disappointed. It was strangely not busy but the food was still great. There was a draft from the door and the server seemed preoccupied. I will definitely be back.

Red lobster is our go to for years but since Covid, the quality and service has gone downhill. Portion size are getting smaller and signature recipes are changing. I feel very safe there. Even before the shutdown. I was dining at the bar, and as soon after a customer left. They were on the job sanitizing the area.
We do not take reservations unlike all the other answers state that you should. You can call a few hours before hand and we will add your name to the call ahead list. It does not reserve you a table but does lower your wait time.
I would get name in just to save wait time if its real busy.
We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. Maybe they were backed up with orders but I've gone there to pick up orders and I have not had a problem
