I was just shopping minding my own business and I could not help but over hear the help the manager Brian gave directing traffic to the vaccines in the back. His attitude is infectious! He did not skip a beat or lose the pep in his step repeating the same thing over and over to each patient with the biggest kindest attitude. He even helped me find some vitamins in the back that I thought were sold out. He deserves a promotion, and should become a district manager- he’s wasted great talent in the field - I wish I was still in retail I’d steal him in a heart beat! Thanks Brian for simply being so nice and awesome

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. One of the pharmacists even went out of their way to find me a discount card because my prescription was so high, above and beyond. Thank you!

I have experienced so many service problems with the pharmacy at this location - Whitehall, PA 18052. I'd have given up on them sooner but the location is so convenient. I've transferred all but 1 medication elsewhere. Tried to fill that one today and have called over 10 times... some times they just don't answer, others they pick up and hang up right away. The employee at the front desk was polite, but even she can't get them to respond to her paging them... typical of the pharmacy behavior there. Today it's finally to the point where I went on the Rite Aid site to find a service contact to submit a complaint... but even the Rite Aid website isn't working... the "Contact Corporate" link takes the user to a page that displays http 500 internal server error. Maybe they're overloaded with complaints:/ 5/23/2019 update... response from owner asks me to initiate contact yet again. I already used the customer service chat feature & was told by the rep that she would have a manager contact me... hasn't happened!

Terrible pharmacy customer service. I had just been at the Saint Luke's walk in down the street so I figured the prescription wouldn't be ready yet but went through the drive through anyway. The girl said it would be a bit yet so I asked if I could wait to the side and they could wave me over when it was ready like CVS in Northampton does and since I had 2 kids in the car. She told me no go wait in the parking lot and come back around in 10-15 mins. It was almost 8 at night and no one else was there in line. Convenient spot but they have not won my loyalty, I'll go elsewhere for better service.
