Do they take photos for drivers license during open hours? I've been trying to get through and only get the very long voicemail then cuts me off.

I finally got through. They close at 4:15! How is the working public supposed to get their photo taken? This is unbelievable that I have to take vacation time for this. They only take the pictures until 4:15 even if they are open later. I spoke with them finally.
