The customer service rep was friendly and helpful, I just felt out of touch there, it appears to be more in tune to a younger generation or people that like the green stuff 😉. I would go back for Nord replacement coils thoug.

Nice, friendly, helpful staff with a large selection of almost anything you need. I bought a glass accessory for my piece this last time but I am eager to return to get some nice smelling wax melts that are a great alternative to incense.

Yes, I prefer the Richland shop and they have the best prices I've come across from here to Seattle or Portland.
