I physically went into the store at 11:00am and they were filling balloon orders; they said it would be a 1 hour wait for a balloon bouquet. I left the store, went online and placed an order which stated a 2 hour wait. I went back to the store at the designated time of 2:00 to pick up my order. I called when I arrived, a man answered and said he would go up front to retrieve the order and bring it out to me. A staffer called and said they were out of helium since 7:00 am and were unable to fill our order. LIE!!!! DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO. YOU LOST MY BUSINESS!! At no time did they tell me they were out of helium, even when I called to place the order before going online.

I have purchased many of my celebratory needs and candies for a pinata and that create your own costume or even stand out in the crowd at your favorite sporting events but I have to say that I have never been more happy with my most recent experience this past week to have been blessed with a incredible toy that has been keeping me and my dog 🐕 extremely entertained and very tired at the end of the day from chasing bubbles in the early evening while we wait for our BBQ dinner..my puppy is so happy to have bubbles bubbles bubbles..I am happy because mama could not blow them fast enough for her to be happy 😀

First time going into this place. Super awesome selections for all party needs. Huge selection of all decorations needs. They also have incredible staff that work there. Everyone was super nice to assist in any way. Highly recommend if your looking for party supplies and can't find decent selections at other stores.
