Would not recommend this particular store. It seemed like their systems are either outdated or they were just trying to get me to sign up on a new plan, when I just wanted to upgrade my phone. After calling customer service, I went to a different AT&T store and had no problem keeping my plan while upgrading my phone.

Even though we had to wait a little bit to be helped, we were greeted and everyone was very friendly. I really want to shine a spotlight on Diandrea. Not only did she make our purchase quick and easy, she explained everything very well and had immediate answers for all our questions. She even went the extra mile to place the screen saver on my new phone with surgical perfection. I really appreciated that because I definitely would have screwed it up.

Waaay overpriced and service was disappointing. Went in to get a new phone, service lady sold me a phone. Phone had 0% battery, but she didn't bother to charge it or set it up in anyway even though I was the only person in the store. Simply said I "should be fine" and sent me on my way. Went to Walmart for a case, found exact same phone for $150 cheaper. Returned phone to this store for refund, minus a $55 restocking fee after having a dead phone for 45 minutes(ouch), and still saved money. And Walmart sales person was super friendly and helpful. Both stores surprised me.
