Made an appointment about a month out took a day off of work and when calling to confirm appointment they had no idea who I was. Made you feel very far from important. Not professional at all for their clients. Even though it was their mistake it would be myself too have to make another appointment another consultation staff has no clue of what they are scheduling or that I already had a consultation. Glad that I called to verify appointment that they knew nothing about with appointment scheduled in hand and they where clueless. Red flag.

This place has really gone downhill. Don't waste your time. My last two appointments both were bad experiences. Lisa is the only one that has been there for any length of time and she is booked months out. I just called to confirm my appt. tomorrow with her (that I've been waiting 3 months for) and they told me that she won't even be there and they'll reschedule me for next month!?! Last time, same thing. I waited months for my appt. just to find out that my provider (Danise) didn't work there anymore so they passed me off to some newbie who totally screwed up my Juvederm. Find somewhere else, anywhere else.

Our injection do have vitamin b-12 in them as well. We do not provide meal prep however, we do give a consultation to discuss eating and exercise tips. Our consultations are always free. Hello, our Botox is purchased direct from the manufacturer, Allergan. It is reconstituted in accordance with the specifications set forth by the same manufacturers, 2.5ml saline to 100 Botox,U. We also audit our vial usage for accuracy. Our consultations are free and the provider will estimate the amount of Botox needed for desired results.
