If I could give VCA no stars, I would. I took my dog here 3 times for the same concern and was dismissed every time - eventually they took me seriously and wanted to charge $1000 for x rays and keep him in a cage whilst they dealt with more patients because it was ‘easier for them’ Absolutely no care shown to animals - no respect to parents and horrendous sanitary conditions. If you love your pet, do not take them here

Very happy to have this place as my vet for my dog. People at the desk are always sooo kind and helpful, and all the vets seem very competent, nice, and willing to take their time to answer my questions.

This office is disorganized and does not manage records effectively. I brought my dog here for a booster shot, and they gave him a completely different vaccine. He had to restart the whole sequence over because they gave the wrong shot! They did a heartworm test in November, and for some reason it’s not in their records, so I received a reminder postcard that it was overdue only 6 months later. When I called, the receptionist said that this was typically done every year. The vets themselves here are very nice and seem to know their stuff. It’s unfortunate that the office staff can’t stay on top of maintaining accurate records.

My Dog loves his Vet, Dr. Kevin McEvilly, DVM! He loves the staff too. Great friendly staff, always friendly, happy to see my pup and very happy with his Vet too. I love that Dr. McEvilly takes the time to cover important preventative basics - things I can do now to ensure a healthier life for my pup down the road!

Hi So theres a total of 7 doctors on staff with a few relief doctors from time to time. Too many to name them all but Dr Thatcher is the medical director at this location if that helps
Not sure they board for things like that. You can always check Rover.com, where locals offer their services for boarding, walks, check-ins. You can find someone based on their experience, ratings, or what's important, such as boarding at their house. Hope you find someone to watch your pup!
