Wish I could give -5000 stars. The person who answers the phone, Kathryn/Catherine/Katherine, is THE WORST OF ALL TIME. NASTY, OVER WORKED and MISERABLE. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. She either needs to be re-trained or have a week or 2 off - up to her boss if they'd pay her for that time off or to be re-trained. I wouldn't.

Monmouth Cardiology is by far the gold standard in this entire area. I have posted before about them and am compelled to do so again. Had a nuclear stress test yesterday Nov 9, 2021. Entire procedure was excellent. Attending medical personnel were outstanding; patient, courteous and understanding. Dr. Saybolt personally called me and explained the results fully, one day after the test and apologized for not calling with the results on the “same day”. Unheard of. This is a 5 star operation without question.

I have been with Monmouth Cardiology for over 10 years now. I have had multiple heart issues which have always been professionally and compassionately handled. Dr. Patel got my afib corrected and it has been good for several years. A great guy, unfortunately had to move out of state. Dr. LeMarche has been my doctor since then and has always been able to clearly discuss all of my medications and needs. The staff, nurses are kind and excellent! Highly recommend them all.
