Soon as I entered the store, I was given some weird and unwelcoming look by one of the workers by the front registers. Just came in to do a return, they questioned the return when usually they run it through quickly. On two separate occasions the same worker “processing” my return talked into their mic (not sure if related to me but it established an uncomfortable interaction). They didn’t even process my return and I was escorted to the back of the store by another worker near the products by the back (looked like skincare). Eventually the return went through but it was a hassle with these workers making it a more tedious process than it needs to be. I’ve never had a problem doing a return at Ulta before so not sure why this time around they would the process very unnecessary. Just gonna go to the Eastvale location for now on.

This place really doesn't have a selection of different shades on alot of things. I personally think it's because of the area and maybe everything that's been going on with why they don't have products in stock. Response: I did ask 2 employees for 3 products I was looking for which they went to the back and said you didn't have it in stock. They did ask to order online but I prefer to have the product that day. I also got suggestions to Sephora across the street.

Todays visit really reminded me why I continue to choose Sephora over Ulta. The prices might occasionally be better, but the selection of products isn’t quite the same as Sephora. My biggest complain today was the staff. I was helped.. barely. I understand people are learning and that is fine if you are not 100% knowledgeable on products. Someone was helping me, and while we were searching for a product, the employee started a conversation with another customer and totally blew me off and kind of forgot about me while I was standing right there.. super awkward lol. Once at the cash, I politely declined the credit card application, and the cashier rolled her eyes?!?! Like what?! Fine, long day, I get it. She forgot to place something in my bag as I was walking away and she said, condescendingly “hey, you might want this”. Anyways, not impressed. Last time I’m going here

All the sales associates here are incredibly helpful and pleasant. There’s typically a pretty long line but that’s okay it’s not too bad. Interesting selection of makeup and body products. Excellent service at the salon. So glad they brought Ulta Beauty to this location!

They are doing sanitation but when it comes to the line there isn't much of social distancing everyone's pretty crowded together when it's time to pay at the register.
