I have been going here for about a month now. All of the staff are friendly and accomodating. They make sure to put you FIRST to ensure that you are healthy. There are several screening steps where you will have your blood pressure, temperature, and blood tested to make sure you're fit to donate. Please be aware that they are currently working on hiring more staff, so the wait times are longer than usual. My first visit was around 3 hours from start to finish. Everything after that was about hour and a half. They do all they can to expedite the service, but you need to be patient and understanding.

Amazing experience. Very welcoming, smooth and informative process. Clean, well organized and professional. Glad to be a donor!

This is a complete joke went in to donate spent several hours sitting waiting to be ignored by nurses only to have them check my veins because of my tattoos the head of the facility said OK there's Plenty of room to hit a vein to make a donation. Then i sit for close to 2 hours for my physical Only at the very end to be denied by the training nurse because my tattoos were too close to proximity to the withdrawal site. As I sat there and listened to the trainee question the trainers ability and fearfulness make the withdrawal and her question herself because the head of the site clearly said it was OKI put my sweatshirt on walked out and was offered a bag of cheezeits for Wasting my entire day. Truly pathetic!

YOUR PULSE MUST BE UNDER 100 TO DONATE You must pass a protein and iron check They determine whether your healthy enough or not. This is all information the Biolife staff doesn't tell you. Had the worst experience trying to donate. Staff was rude disrespectful and inconsiderate. The nurse could NOT tell me why a pulse over 100 was bad. Nurse said idk and then just sat there looking at me. Finally after asking 5 staff members I'm told it's because if your pulse is over 100 you risk having a stroke. They do not make you aware of this risk at all not even in the documents you sign agreeing to donate. Also if you have a natural pulse over 100 your tachycardic and should not be donating.
