The phlebotomists are all great and efficient but the front desk/ vitals check point is so unprofessional and does not know how to just stop talking and messing around with each other. they are the reason it takes hours before actually donating plasma. there shouldn't be 2-3 people just standing at the front desk talking to each other and literally dancing and messing around when there's a line wrapped around the inside of the building because they only leave one nurse to do the second set of vitals. i 100% recommend biolife because they will at least not stand around being unhelpful and unproductive. I've spent multiple days waiting in line for at least 90min to just do a quick 1min vitals and that's not right because it makes preparing (eating and drinking water) to donate virtually pointless since all the nutrients have been digested and dissipated.

I have been donating for the past couple months. During that time I have arrived during their hours of operation only to be turned away because they can no longer take additional donors, or find a note on the door that they have closed early. I have even used the app which indicates busy and not so busy times, and that is not accurate either. I believe that an effort needs to be made to either staff it better, or at least communicate better via website and app. I want to continue to donate, however, better communication and customer service needs to be provided.

Honestly I have idea what the other people are talking about I'm glad i gave this place a chance. Tedora is great! Very hard worker gets to everyone if she can, really stands out. The reason why this place has bad reviews is the wait time. They all have wait times, sorry it's just a fact. You're getting paid for basically nothing. You'll be fine.
