I went to this location today to get food for my pregnant wife and my 2 year old. I arrived just before 7pm in the drive thru and was waiting for about 10 minutes before one of the employees came out to “close” the drive thru by placing a chair and sitting down to turn away customers behind my vehicle. By the time I reached the area to place my order i had been waiting almost 30 minutes only to be told that they were closed. And the employee accused me of removing their cones to get in line which I did not do. Why would I do that?! This isn’t the first time this location closes early or disrespects their customers (see other reviews). Never coming to this place again because of the terrible customer service.

BEWARE ORDERING ONLINE * it's been a week I talked to multiple representatives, they've apologized, but I still have not received any refund on the matter at this point I'm starting to wonder if I should just count it as stolen this is insane. Customer service is ineffective and rude. *update- in response to the response below, I did make a request, and its been three days with no reply. This is ridiculous. Make sure the location is open before ordering!! I put an online order in today and just came to the location only to find out that they were closed. I don't understand why the website wouldnt have updated with that information. It had no problem taking my payment information and I wasted gas and time on my lunch for no purpose. I expect a full refund immediately.

The people who work here are doing their best and are kind. It's slow because people need to go back to work. Overall, even though the service was slow, I will go back because the food is good and customer service is very good.
