BUYERS BEWARE! we are at our wits end and are considering contacting a lawyer to see how our van qualifies under the California lemon law. “our extended warranty” is apparently useless. The power side doors keep opening up on their own, slider door refuses to close at times (have to force it shut) We’ve taken two videos and sent to Russ (service manager) says can’t find the problem… he hasn’t replaced the sensor by the way. The two front receptionists are rude and unpleasant (even when you’re trying to be extremely respectful and pleasant to them) This is a 2016 Honda Odyssey with 60k miles on it. Purchased it 7 months ago with 59k miles. Got the extended “warranty”. This is not the 1st time it’s been in service for an issue. Service just tells you, “can’t find the problem “ so don’t expect what you want us to do”. We originally just wanted a van under 16k, but purchased this “better” one for 60k after interest. We are tired of the attitude and run around. The service manager Russ advised us that instead of fixing the problem, I could just “push a button on dash to override the power to the door “ instead of fixing the issue. When you’re in front of the childrens hospital, trying to load or unload your son from a very expensive piece of medical transport equipment and it is malfunctioning , it causes a lot of problems. The sales personnel are the nicest people on earth, but see how different the others are once you sign on the dotted line. I shouldn’t have to pay over 800.00 a month for defective equipment that is not reliable or safe to use!!

The employees are the best. Fast work and friendly service. Prices are kinda high but that's not out of the normal these days.

I need to hail praises for an employee in Pasadena, California. Yolanda goes above and beyond her Call of Duty. She spends time with me when I need repairs and is quite knowledgeable of the in's and outs of my mobility van. She's very patient and explains how things work. That's a big help to me. Yolanda is patient and kind. She's a keeper.

First off I am more then grateful to have been able to do business with Lena and Marty these two worked together as a team. Not only did they make sure I was approved for the perfect van for my daughter, they brought the van to us and walked me through everything I needed to know. My daughter was struck by a truck 2yrs ago and I have been her 24/7 care giver since she is bed written. We are both so blessed and grateful for this opportunity God brought to us. Not only can I take my daughter to her Dr. appointments myself I now can take her shopping and on short trips even to the movies. Her children will be able to be in the van with her. God is awesome! And so is this van! Thank you again Lena and Marty from the bottom of my heart God bless you both for all the kindness and love you both shared with me and my daughter .
