We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Tacey was amazing and listened to everything we were looking for. Derek was right there to welcome us and congratulate us upon out purchase, which is typically unheard of from business owners. Even down the line with Jeff helping with the paperwork and the service team that walked us through our new travel trailer orientation. Service team (Rick, I believe) even helped ease some concerns about towing and turning a trailer of this size, since we upgraded from a popup, even though it was after hours. Everyone was super kind to our 6 year old son as well. Just top notch service across the board. Hidden gem RV dealer, but superior experience to the other dealers out there. 10/10 and there's no question about it.
