I honestly can't emphasize enough what an amazing experience we had with Dan at RV One. We initially didn't think we wanted to purchase from a dealership, but the benefits made us realize we would be foolish not to. Dan was an absolute delight - nothing was too much trouble, and he definitely went (way) above and beyond with his customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Alex was awesome - he walked us through inside and outside and explained everything about the RV. We loved that because we purchased it from a dealership, they checked the entire RV out head to toe, top to bottom with a 30 point checklist before we took ownership. Besides being an outstanding sales representative, Dan is also a really nice human being! We are so glad that we came across him and all of the nice, helpful people at RV One.

This place doesn’t care about their employees ,ever since a&s rv was bought out by rv one superstores its been downhill .they can never order the correct parts and then it makes the employees jobs even harder and the job take twice as long since the correct part has to be re ordered.will be going elsewhere for my rv/trailer needs wish i could give 0 stars

This place has no respect for customers. I took an RV for repair in July 2022, my insurance send the check for the repair directly to them also in July; big mistake. The cash over $12,000.00 and promise the job be ready by the end of August. After many calls (they never return your messages) finally the job was completed on September 27. Paul just send me an email yesterday saying the the job was complete SEVERAL WEEKS AGO!!! (this is the second week)and that there is a balance due of almost $2,300.00 for extra job done. I send him already 4 email requesting the invoice for the job done and no answer. I call the place nobody answer the calls, the call goes directly to a voice mail which nobody pay attention. I am still waiting to hear for somebody from that place. I have never experience such a disrespect for a customer. They treat you as they are doing a favor for you.

Fuses are under the tongue on my rockwood. Only other place that I can think of would be the main panel inside trailer. There is a way to manually move the slides by using the tool that came with the trailer and you can hand crank them out. Make sure that everything is lubricated properly and that there is nothing getting in the way of the slide opening or closing. The mechanism is usually under the center of each slide.
