Theresa is an amazing person, truly cares for her patients and Dee is very sweet. They both worked with us to get the financing we needed to get my dad his hearing aids, everything has gone seamlessly smooth with scheduling appointments and accommodating some of our obstacles with scheduling around my dad’s dialysis, to making us feel very welcome and comfortable at every visit She has been a God send not only for my dad but for our family, helping my dad hear again has been awesome, it has really improved his quality of life She’s very kind and patient with him, he’s kind of difficult to deal with at times but she just has a way with him and he listens to her We are very very happy with miracle ear Murrieta, so glad we are customers there I will definitely highly recommend it I cannot say enough about these ladies, they are truly amazing people and we are very happy and blessed to have them in our lives 😁

Teresa, of the Murrieta office, has been a jewel in helping me get used to my new hearing aids. I was really skeptical about getting them but she made that transition so soothing for me. Encouraged me to come in when I needed adjusting at the last minute, which I did, and is always encouraging in her support. She treated me like family always greeted and said goodbye with a hug. Can't get any better than that.
