I just moved to LA and was looking for a mechanic to do an oil change and inspect my parking brake. They did the oil change fine and didn't find an issue with the brake. However, they noticed my truck's rear shocks were leaking and recommended replacement. I appreciated the heads up, but their pricing and logic was ridiculous. Because my truck has some rust from the Midwest they quoted me to replace much more than was needed. I've maintained my own vehicles for years and have a lot of experience working with mechanics in both states, so I knew their quote was inflated. I got a second opinion from Globe Tire & Motorsports and they were straight and honest with me about what needed repaired and what didn't. Ultimately, I got the repairs done for $750 less. Would recommend checking them out instead. I don't think this shop has experience working on vehicles from the Midwest. Yes, there is some rust underneath every car from these states, but that doesn't mean they can't be repaired and doesn't mean everything needs replaced just because it's a little rusty. Every Midwest mechanic deals with it on every car every day and is able to repair cars without throwing the checkbook at them to replace everything.

Victor helped me find the tires I needed at a great price, service was excellent and professional. Shopped around a bit (even tire rack) but this place had the best price and was able to find the tires I needed when others couldn't. Highly recommend.

I had a last minute emergency and was able to get in immediately. They are super helpful and knowledgeable. They even pointed out an issue I had with my breaks that another service center was unable to diagnose. They have great prices and really friendly/helpful managers and technicians.

Cesar was awesome from the time I called for a quote til the time he checked my vehicle in. However I guess his shift was over before services were completed. The guy at the other desk said my vehicle had a recommendation for an alignment and they suggest I do it now. I said okay let me make a call and check funds available. By the time I got off the phone he said okay let me get you out of here. I said I wanted to chk and get back to you. He then says we'll maybe you can come back on another day. Very rude!
