It's not my favourite ramen in the city, especially at this price, it's like $20 for a base ramen with meat, but then costs more for things like a boiled egg (which you have to peel yourself). It's worth noting that gratuity is included in the prices, so while I find it expensive, it's not as bad as it might look. I don't think I'll be back, just not my favourite ramen in the city.

I love this place! They update the menu with good explanation in English and Chinese, which is super friendly. I recommend the matcha pudding because it is yummy!!! All the servers are nice and patient. I usually choose firm noodles with medium Dashi soup.

Highly recommend for those love ramen. The menus are simple and easy to understand. There only one soup base but you can choose the spicy and saltiness. There are few simple ingredients you can add and of course they also have recommended combination to make it simple. I would recommend saving some sides for your added ramen. With that's said yes you can add ramen too. They have five different softness of ramen you can choose from. But they won't be able to add soup so make sure don't drink it all until you know you will not add anymore ramen. There's also various drinks on the menu but only one dessert that's the pudding. It's very fresh and light dessert. For the extra ramen and dessert all you have to do is press the service call button then place mini tray on the button too. There's wifi at the restaurant. What I like is individually seating with privacy but also retractable divider for social group. The only thing I didn't find was parking so might have to look around the area a little to find parking.

Great experience at ichiran! The individual booths can open up for two person booths which is great. The broth is very rich and fatty with amazing pork! Can't wait to come back.

I don't think you can. Even if you are in the restroom when your noodles come they offer to remake the bowl so I cannot imagine them offering takeout.
$20 base price, you can build from there
Tonkotsu style!
For delivery orders, you can order with DoorDash, GrubHub, or Uber Eats.
Borgat hotel

Our team members all wear face masks and gloves at all times and wash their hands with soap once an hour. We also conduct health checks for every team member prior to starting their shift. High touch surfaces (counter tops, door handles) are periodically cleaned and disinfected with CDC approved disinfectants. For take-out, our containers are fully sealed until we open them for use. We ask all employees to maintain social distancing with customers and have reduced the number of people working at any one time to allow for more space between team members. ICHIRAN Brooklyn guests also have access to contactless order for pick up. Orders can be made online and picked up at the restaurant. Payment is accepted online or when the order is picked up.

Yes. When I was there in July (2018) I saw instant ramen for sell, but in different packaging than what i've seen in Japan or Amazon.
We have a new vegetarian ramen on our menu. Please note that although our Dashi broth is vegetarian, the noodles are wheat noodles containing dairy and eggs.
yes. They sell everything including fast ramen
They serve it hard boiled on purpose. If you read the signs at the restaurant it is meant as an appetizer for the ramen and not made like a ajitamago (like other ramen restaurants) It doesn't need to be peeled and comes in a small dish in a tiny bit of ramen broth.
There is street parking as the neighborhood isn't all that crowded. I didn't notice a lot though.
