Ichiran's ramen is pork bone based, and the other items on the menu are meant to compliment the ramen experience. Unfortunately this is not very vegan friendly.

The broth is made from pork. You could order rice and vegetables. I can't eat gluten, so they gave me a bowl of rice, and I added vegetables and some of Matt's broth.
