Tried the signature Hinomaru ramen. Mediocre at best. A solid broth is the foundation of a good ramen, disappointed at the lack of body, flavor and overall richness of the broth in the signature dish. The ramen bowl wasn’t piping hot, Didn’t really care much about the quality of the noodles either. Overall a blah experience. Service and ambiance were good.

They have multiple toppings to choose from, you can just have the soup with noodles if you want or add an egg, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus etc.
