Soooooo delicious! Everything was amazing from start to finish. We loved how casual the restaurant was, like a Japanese izakaya, the perfect neighborhood spot. The service was fantastic, very friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to go back!

Generally not bad, but way overpriced for what it’s worth.

My first Momofuku experience. Was really excited to try the ramen here. Firstly we ordered a good selection of appetizers to share. Cucumber salad, tuna crudo, shrimp bao, deep fried chicken wings. Everything was amazing and the chicken wings are really large. The serving staff at our table was really helpful to inform us if the dishes ordered was enough or too much. Then of course we had ramen and spicy dry noodles - loved it. . Reservations is required as the restaurant is always busy. 5 stars for the food and service.

"Noodle Bar East Village does not take standard reservations. We only take reservations online for the fried chicken and the caviar and fried chicken meals. Reservations for these meals can be made through our online reservation site."
Yes there are. But items on the menu will often change due to season but they should offer some items
Yes, you have to open an account online and make a reservation.
No. It's pretty tight in there and the tables not at the counter are low, so it is too easy for dogs to jump up on them. And maybe not your dog, but once you let one in...
Space. There are only three or four tables in use that I recall. The staff sanitizes the restroom after each use.
As far as I know there is no late night menu. Su-T it is only open until 11p and F-Sa 1 am. They don't need to switch menus as everything is already delicious. XD Things can 86'd as ingredients dwindle throughout the night.
