I have one issue other than that service is fast and they fix my lcd screen good everytime at a good prize. There helpful and seem like nice people. My issue is i take my phone because my lcd screen needs to be replaced. Everytime they ask for my password . I used to fix phones and not once I needed customers password. Now when I receive my phone back tech or Owner said you have to wait over 13 minutes because phone was disabled. Now thats weird

We took a Galaxy S10+ to repair the screen on a Saturday afternoon, they said it would be ready by Monday or Tuesday the latest and that they would call when complete. They asked for a $150 deposit. Tuesday 3 hours before they closed, we called and they said the phone was not ready. I would have expected at least a courtesy call to let me know the phone wouldn't be ready. Unbelievable that after 3 work days they couldn't fix my phone. . Extremely poor customer service. We took it somewhere else and they had it ready in less than 2 hours.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The guys took 2 days to finish my phone . The first day I went to pick it up 4 hours after dropping it off . I never got a call back so I had to keep calling to see if it was almost done . The girl keep telling me the same thing “he’s almost done “. I took initiative to go after two hours to check it out it still wasn’t done . Hours later I call and he finally finished . I go & I check out my phone . The front camera still wasn’t working correctly . If I hadn’t checked it out he would have let me pay and leave without pointing out it still isn’t fixed ! I had to pay full payment anyways and leave it over night .. the next day when I go to pick it up it STILL wasn’t working correctly . The only thing he fixed was the back camera . So I was confused as why I payed so much when he didn’t even fix the front camera . He did replace the screen but my phone STILL is not working well and it is working WORSE the. It was before he “fixed it “ . Idk what he did but my screen isn’t responsive and my phone crashes all the time . Save you money and time and go else wear for a screen replacement or anything in general . I had to buy a new phone from what should have been an easy fix , when I brought it in my screen was cracked but still responsive a couple days after him replacing it my phone no longer works . Stay away from this place there’s a reason why the prices are low also the guy never even apologized.
