I want to start off by saying Thank you Mariana for your professionalism and great customer service. I have never been to an At &t that has provided service like the one she did, Mariana is the reason why I choose to stay with At & t . I came in and definitely was not given the time of day when I walked in . We were waiting and the associate whom helped us at first was not very helpful. After waiting , Mariana came over to assist and let me tell you I was at the point of walking away due to the service I received when walking in the first time . We were here to get a phone for my father in law , and Mariana had a difficult situation however she went above an denying to try and help our situation. She was patient , understanding , and professional. I can’t tell you how much we are happy she ended up helping us out. Again thank you Mariana, I can’t express how much we appreciate your help with this matter 😊 I honestly think she should get 5 ⭐️ stars for customer service and problem resolution If I can giver her 10 stars I would Keep you the great service , it does not go unshown 🌈 She is an asset to your company 💜 Thanks again

We really liked the experience we had today at the Broadway store located in the Chula Vista mall. Their bilingual staff is very professional and courteous. We scheduled an appointment and they totally respected our time. As soon as I get there, Norma G was more than ready to listen to my concerns and happy to assist us. She explained everything with all details and took her time to go over my account and the billing information. Their bilingual manager, Itza, was polite and extremely helpful. I strongly recommend to reach out to them if you really want a great customer service experience. Thank you both so much for your help!
