This Eastlake store and AT&T is the worst. I would've given them no star but a min of 1. I signed up with a promo and promised me of $200 in reward card and $100 credit but i got zero. These people in Eastlake store including a female who claims to be assistant superviser and their customer service are the worst. Plus they started charging me more than what I signed for. Wasted a lot of time on the phone and driving to this store and couldn't get their acts together. It was a nightmare!!! I would never recommend AT&T!

Very helpful in getting an insurance claim for a water damaged phone started. Got that replacement phone in 24 hours! Then they helped getting the data restored! Great advice on getting new phones too. Unbiased opinions as far as I could tell.

Takes a few minutes usually! Call 611, that's the customer service number, and see if there is a delay or something. Or, just go into a store and buy the item.
Yes, we always carry the newest phones from Samsung. Stop by our Chula Vista location and see them in person.
