I went in on 09/26/22 hoping for a quick visit to upgrade my phone. It was a little busy in the store and little did I know that I walked into a Corporate store. I had a pretty long wait, about 45 mins. But, I wasn't aware that the new iPhone 14 released. So that explained why it was busy. Once it was my turn to get helped, Pablo and his trainee were helping me. I initially came in for the 13 Pro but Pablo said since I was trading in my phone, he suggested me the 14 Pro. It's going to be my birthday in a week. So I said why not, get me the 14 Pro. I deserve it lol. I was able to get the phone at a GREAT price and I'm overall happy with my purchase. And to the trainee, good job and congrats on the job!

Today I went in to get a new SIM card . The wait time was long but once it was my turn I had the honor of being helped by Mr. Nicolas. He was very helpful, Patient and sweet . He opened up the case for me so I wouldn’t break my fingernails and even cleaned up the phone screen and case for me. It’s the little things that they do that make the experience so worth it. Thank you Nicolas for making your customers feel valued.

Worst verizon location… they take forever to help you… even when theres no other customers I have had to wait while the employees goof off. Worst store ive been to
