Where to even start. I wish we could give more than 5 star reviews on here. Well, let me start off by saying how grateful I am to have met Matt. I don’t know if without him my car would be running as good as it currently is. I met him at a car meet about a year ago as he was handing out cards trying to get his business on the map. He told me that his last shop was in New York and San Diego was the new destination of 829 Auto. At that point in time I had one trustworthy shop that I enjoyed going to but the only downside was that it was 2 hours away up in Anaheim. It was a lot of miles on the car to go and a good amount of gas money to make that trip. I knew that eventually I’d have to find something local because if my car ever broke down to the point that it would have to be towed, I would be looking at a super pricey tow plus the work that would have to be done up at the shop in Anaheim. So, some time went by and I decided to set up an appointment with Matt for something simple. From there I started to come back for several more jobs that were bigger. I’ll never forget when my water pump went out Matt went above and beyond to make sure my car was back to 100%. He took the extra time to explain to me every single little detail and would answer EVERY single question I had about all the work done on my car. Fast forward to now, 829 Auto has become an official sponsor of my car. Matt and I have not only built a strong business relationship but also an amazing friendship. Till this day he never hesitates to explain any information that I’m curious about and that is all I ever wanted from a shop. I’ve seen him go above and beyond for all his customer’s cars. He’s passionate about his work - there is no doubt about that. Looking forward to many more years of business and friendship with Matt!

I usually hate bringing my car in for repairs due to past experiences at other auto shops/dealerships but 829 Auto has changed that for me. Matt is a very knowledgeable technician and also happens to be the owner of the shop. He has a great attitude and is very passionate about we he does. Not only did he personally worked on my car switching out a turbo but he explained step by step what he was doing and for what reason showing me video and the damaged parts on my car. Never have I experienced customer service of this level from an auto repair shop. I have finally found a technician I can trust. I will be bringing my cars here from now on.

My very first time to have my car serviced by Matt. My whole experience with him was nothing more that a SUPERB SERVICE! From making an appointment to the end of the service/repair, everything was executed with professionalism & superb expertise. He was very honest & straight forward person with a sole mission of rendering an outstanding customer service. He will give you a very reasonable repair quote and an upfront discount without even asking for it. He is very proactive & will deliver on the time he committed to have the repairs completed. Another thing that amazed me with this person is his HONESTY. He will not take advantage of you even when there is an opportunity for him to do so. In other words, he will not execute a repair just because you told him of an issue of your car. Because of my SATISFACTION with his service, I've recommended 829 AUTO to my cousin who has been taking his KIA to 3 shops/mechanics to no success. Likewise, my cousin was impressed with Matt's service. KUDOS to you Matt & keep up the good work. May you be blessed with more customers. God bless..
