Positive: We arrived at 2 am with kids. Airport shuttle was prompt. They had snacks for us. Courtesy shuttle took us to rental car location. Fed the kids a hot breakfast and got a late check out so we could sleep. They have the most thoughtful, kind hearted staff!!

We have not tried Sleep Inn until recently. We has to grab a room close to the airport for an early morning flight so we gave it a try. The drive was only 5 mins or less so the location is very convenient. The check in was a breeze. The ladles at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The place was well kept and felt safe. Tried to take a dip in the indoor hot tub, I couldn't stay more then 10 minutes, the amount of chlorine was obnoxious the entire pool/ hot tub room felt like being trapped inside of a bleach bottle. We got a good night's sleep. The beds could use an upgrade, semi comfortable. Seemed over priced for the level of accommodations. Highly impressed by the super friendly grab and go breakfast sack they offered at check out at 430 am. That was a nice touch, even though it was just a couple of granola bars and a water, they colored on the bag a sweet message. Nice touch with that one.

Great selection for breakfast, friendly staff. When leaving took our bags to the car then came back in for breakfast. After breakfast we went back to our room to check for all of our stuff and hang for another hour before checkout. We weren’t allowed back in the room because they already started cleaning it. Mind you we had a do not disturb sign on our door.

I've stayed at this hotel twice now, and I'll have to admit I wasn't expecting much the first time we stayed. However, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff have always been very friendly. Our room was ready upon arrival and was very clean; it wasn't noisy. Some minor repairs and updating could be done, but overall I think the Sleep Inn and Suites is a great option for a very reasonable price.
