I went to vote in the 2020 November presidential election at the Ives Estates California Club Library in the Winn-Dixie Plaza. I had made a mistake on my mail in ballot. To my surprise, there were only two people ahead of me in line. There were many poll workers inside and practicing social distancing. There were many people moving around outside and the parking lot was full. I explained to poll worker Quinilla Williams what had happened. She calmed me down by letting me know I can vote right then and carefully explained the process. I turned in all my mail in ballot paper work and she explained to me the process with the returned ballot material as well. She and all the staff there were so courteous and helpful. They also cheered when it was announced that a voter was a first-timer. Thanks to the crew at California Club library and others at Miami-Dade Elections, Florida got it right this election season and others we’re talking about how impressed they were with how smooth our elections were handled. Great job guys!!!!

Great service - Professional, Knowledgeable and Courteous. I asked for Courtney and one of her team members stopped to assist us. Very impressed with our visit to M-D Elections Department.

I called twice and asked if my mother could pick up her ballot at the Doral office TODAY as she is leaving the country. I asked THAT SPECIFIC QUESTION CLEARLY IN ENGLISH! The reply I received twice was "8 to 5" recited like a parrot and nothing more, you can tell when someone doesn't want to do their job. TWICE. WELL MY MOM IS THERE AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE HER A BALLOT!!!!!!
