Yexi was super nice and polite! Her customer service was excellent. She knew her stuff, and helped us find the best tile for our home. She was also patient, and went above and beyond to help us solve the delivery issue we had with our tile. The lady in charge of delivery was great as well. Couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism!! Will come back again. Make sure you ask for Yexi!! She was the best :)

for my first time at floors & decor, this was the best experience. I was able to envision my bathroom with the samples they have available once you walk in. Jessica was such an incredible help and really allowed me to look around for what i like and give her opinion on how to style it according to the space available to me.

My mom and I went in to look at tiles for my backyard. Reinaldo, was absolutely amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us with all the supplies we needed and he also gave us information regarding our project. He helped us all the way to the car and unloaded the items to the car since it was very heavy for us. First time in this store, had a great experience and amazed of the hard work and dedication of Reinaldo, specially since he is the manager. Thank you so much!

I’ve been to both the Kendall and Doral locations a few times recently. Great selection of materials and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I never felt rushed when asking questions, and got such helpful information to questions I didn’t even know I had.
