I've ordered 2x from ProSoundGear and both times my order arrived faster than expected. The lighting gear was packaged securely and in great condition. After searching other sites ProSoundGear came in with the best bundle prices. I will definitely order again from them!

The bundle deal I got is a very good value! Checkout was tedious. A "Route Shipping Protection" fee was added to the "Free Shipping", and even though I removed it, it remained in the cart summary. After I clicked Edit cart, it was eventually removed. Also, I selected Amazon for payment, and got authorized, but by the time I was checking out, the Amazon was forgotten and I had to enter my credit card... The online chat person was helpful regarding removing the shipping protection fee.

Great bundled price for the Roland RD-88 Keyboard. Nice that you have a financing option. The only reason I didn't give you 5 stars is because you don't offer (at least not that I found) where additional items (such as a Keyboard stand and Music stand) can be added to the order. And your online chat agent I chatted with was not very helpful.

Don’t buy from this company. They sent us a different model guitar then the one they pictured and we ordered. We sent them pictures of the difference between what was ordered and what was sent, and they still said they sent the right guitar. Besides being the wrong guitar one of the pick ups wasn’t working. They did except the guitar back for an exchange. The new bass guitar that we exchanged for did eventually get here, but without the case it was supposed to come with. Pro sound gear has been totally deaf to our messages in this regard. A month later still no case.
